Valuu Lazy Glasses

My niece, an avid reader, spends a lot of her time reading in a horizontal position. Somehow, she learned about these glasses that allow you to read, or watch TV, while lying down. Wait, what?! How did I not already know about these curious spectacles?! I instantly decided I need to know more about these glasses she said she found on Amazon.

My search revealed many options by various sellers. I decided to purchase the Valuu Lazy Glasses. The reviews are good and the prism glasses are identified as an “Amazon Choice” product. An Amazon Prime eligible purchase for only $14.99, I figured it was worth giving them a try.

The glasses arrived a couple of days later and I was eager to see how they worked. As you can see in the pictures, the glasses have prisms over the lenses which enable you to lay flat and hold a book in a comfortable position. It works beautifully! I prefer to read in my Kindle in bed before going to sleep at night. These glasses have been saving my neck from strain and discomfort. Depending on how long I read past my bedtime, my neck can be rather sore the next day. These prism glasses have made a world of difference.

As the reviews mentioned, these glasses are very forward heavy due to the weight of the prisms. I don’t find them comfortable if I read sitting upright with the book laying in my lap. It would be nice to not have to hold a book while reading, especially one that could be considered a door stopper. They are definitely more comfortable to wear while lying down and that meets my initial expectations.

I wear glasses for reading (aka readers) and I love that these Lazy Glasses fit well over my readers. The quality of the frames and prisms is really nice. I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s a great product and the price is very reasonable.
