Kindle Paperwhite

It was a sad day when my previous Kindle stopped working. As I prepared to read in bed, the light didn’t come on so I couldn’t see anything on the screen. I could only use it during day light hours. I am grateful for the nine years we had together.

It was time to purchase a new Kindle and after comparing all of the options, I decided to go with the Kindle Paperwhite in black. I’m thrilled with this model! It has some of the same qualities my much older version had: a glare-free screen and tons of battery life. I chose the 16 GB storage and ad-free option. It even gives me access to my Audible library via Bluetooth. This feature is nice to have, but I’m not sure how much I will use it. It also never hurts to have a device that is waterproof. I’m more likely to get caught in the rain than read in a bathtub. The adjustable warm light is beautiful and easy on my eyes.

I purchased the leather cover separately in the Merlot color.I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s gorgeous, lightweight, and has all of the fancy technological updates that fit my needs perfectly. I am in love with my new Kindle Paperwhite!
