Yogi Tea and Sedona Mug
Whew! I had a stressful day at work. š£ Iām a tea drinker and started looking forward to the perfect mug of tea on my drive home. Yogi teas are great and I love this stress relief ingredient with Kava. The smell alone is calming. I tear open the package and eagerly read the positive message on the tag. Each one is different. The tea bag pictured reads āFriendship is a gift that lasts.ā The effects of the Kava, which are so physically and mentally relaxing, take effect quickly. Itās my go-to tea at the end of long, mentally exhausting days.
