Yogi Tea and Sedona Mug
Whew! I had a stressful day at work. 😣 I’m a tea drinker and started looking forward to the perfect mug of tea on my drive home. Yogi teas are great and I love this stress relief ingredient with Kava. The smell alone is calming. I tear open the package and eagerly read the positive message on the tag. Each one is different. The tea bag pictured reads “Friendship is a gift that lasts.” The effects of the Kava, which are so physically and mentally relaxing, take effect quickly. It’s my go-to tea at the end of long, mentally exhausting days.
The tea pairs perfectly with my Sedona, Arizona mug. Sedona is one of my favorite places to vacation and it’s known for its therapeutic vortexes. I’ve got the ingestion of calming ingredients and the visual reminder of fabulous vacations. My stress just begins to melt away.
