I Found You (by Lisa Jewell)

I love suspenseful, complex mysteries with characters I can root for and I found just that in Lisa Jewell’s novel, I Found You. The Audible audiobook narrator, Helen Duff, has the loveliest British accent. Alice, a single mom of three, finds a man on the beach near her home with no memory or identification. Lily, a 21-year-old newlywed’s husband is missing. I couldn’t help trying to figure the story out, but I was so far off and genuinely surprised. I appreciate how Lisa Jewell concluded the story too. Sometimes, it’s nice when a book answers my questions and gives me a conclusion I can digest.
